Our association Bylaws strictly limit the number of leased units in each building to 3. Owners must follow association rules before offering a new or extended lease to a tenant. Current leasing status (May 2025):

- Building 210 - 2 units are leased.
- Building 250 - 2 units are leased.
- There are no owners on the waiting list for either building.
